Pipe Nipples, Syphons and Custom Fabrications:

Trenton Pipe Nipple Company, LLC is focused on manufacturing brass and stainless-steel pipe nipples from 1/8” to 4” nominal diameters and various size length’s.

We make all kinds of pipe nipples standard threaded both ends, All-thread continuous or running thread NPSL or NPSM threads with or without NPT taper on each end, Tank Nipples, TOE Nipples, Expanded Nipples, and Male x Female extension Pieces.

Standard commodity nipple size lengths are stocked from Close to 6” in ½” size increments. Custom cut lengths our specialty is available up to 21’ and within 1/16” of an inch in tolerance.

Brass nipples are manufactured from Alloy C230 brass offered in both H58 hard and O61 temper manufactured in accordance to ASTM B687. Stainless-steel nipples are available in grades 304L and 316L to ASTM A733. All threads per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 and dimensions ASME B16.15.

Pressure gauge pigtail syphons in all configurations are available in and custom-made fabrications are all available in carbon steel, brass and stainless steel.

Brass and stainless-steel pipe that we stock to make nipples is available for sale. Red Brass Pipe per ASTM B43 and Stainless-Steel Pipe in accordance with ASTM A312/A 312M.

Pipe Fittings and Resale Parts:

Trenton Pipe is also master distributor for both domestic and import brass and stainless-steel pipe fittings from 1/8” to 4” nominal diameters.

Bronze (brass) threaded fittings are stocked in Class 125 and Class 250 both available in leaded and lead-free. Import leaded fittings meet the requirements to ASTM B62 alloy C836 and domestic fittings to ASTM B584 Alloy C89833.

Bronze Lead-Free fittings both import and domestic meet the requirements to ASTM B584 Alloy C89833.

Stainless steel import threaded pipe fittings Class 150 are stocked in both “standard” and “heavy pattern”; available in both grades 304 and 316.

Heavy pattern stainless steel fittings are manufactured in accordance to MSS-SP114 these precise dimensional castings are heat treated to enhance their anti-corrosion capabilities. We also offer standard pattern stainless steel fittings these castings are not quite as robust as the MSS-SP114 castings but suitable for most applications in the Class 150 range, both products castings fully meet the requirements of ASTM B351, All threads per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1

A complete range of stainless steel flanges is also in stock at Trenton from ½” to 8” dimensionally in both grades 304-L and 316-L. All flanges comply with ASTM A182, ASME SA182 and ASME B16.5 dimensions.
